Zynkr is a sports market-intelligence and execution layer for betting decisions. It provides data, market analysis, edge detection, AI-assisted insights and access to third-party betting markets.

Zynkr does not custody user funds and does not itself operate the underlying betting markets. Bets may be executed through third-party protocols or providers such as Azuro.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use Zynkr.

By using Zynkr, you confirm that sports betting is legal for you in your jurisdiction and that you are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Some features may require an account, Telegram connection, wallet connection, or Pro subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your account, wallet and login credentials secure.

Zynkr Pro may provide access to advanced features, including full edge visibility, AI insights, model performance tools, and other premium functionality.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Zynkr provides information, analytics and tools. It does not guarantee profits, winnings, or specific outcomes.

All betting decisions are made by the user.

Odds, liquidity, market availability and edge calculations may change quickly. Zynkr attempts to provide accurate and timely information, but cannot guarantee that displayed odds or opportunities remain available at execution time.

Zynkr may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, wallet providers, data providers and betting protocols. Their own terms may also apply.

You may not:

• abuse, scrape or overload the service;
• attempt to bypass Pro/free restrictions;
• use fraudulent payment methods;
• attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform;
• use the service where betting is illegal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynkr and Aibet Technologies S.L. are not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, incorrect user decisions, third-party outages, odds changes, wallet errors, blockchain issues or market settlement decisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zynkr means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of A Coruña, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
